About Me

My name is Edit Vidalon, and I hold a Bachellor degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell and currently, I am a graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Palo Alto University. I specialize in working with Addictions, Personal Growth, Self-Esteem, Relationship and Domestic Violence. My approaches are derived from my experience, holistic view, and goal oriented strategies to facilitate lasting life change. I bring to my work genuine passion and enthusiasm. Some of my skills are listening, understanding and empathy with individuals who seek me as a facilitator to achieve change. I spread my work of empowerment and motivation through education in addiction and prevention programs.

As a Fellow from the National Board for Certified Counselor and NBCC Foundation, I have created this interactive and supportive emotional website (VIDA) that will allow unserved families from many cultures and diverse views to learn about the effects of drug use and addiction.
